Ok fans...we had to reschedule our open house. Didn't consider drinking coffee in the evening would not be good for some people, so we are planning a date for mid-February. Keep watching! If you're interested let us know so that we can plan on you to be our guest!
Thanks...The Yaya Team

So Much to Share!
We want to start by sharing something that anyone trying our coffee might want to consider. When purchasing our coffee, keep in mind that we do NOT use flavors, or flavored oils in our roasting process. If you are one who likes your coffee "doctored up," you may not appreciate the fine taste of our freshly roasted coffee. The reason is because most coffee purchased in stores or at your local coffee shops is older, unless you drink the coffee black, you will be comparing ours to something with a lot of fluff in it! A true coffee conuser will enjoy coffee for the natural flavor it has without adding anything to it. NOW...this doesn't mean you can't add to it and make it great, I do! Just don't want disappointed customers who might be looking for a coffee we don't roast. If you have questions please email us.
We are excited to see a little more business with each passing week. Remember, for every bag we sell, a portion will go back to help others in need. Right now with the things we see happening in Haiti, we would like to raise as much as possible to send funds to aid in any way we can! This brings up our next offer...we are now creating gift certificates for anyone intersted in giving our coffee as a gift, but not interested in drinking it themselves. This will allow friends and family to enjoy any coffee or coffee blend they choose. Please be in touch with us if you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate for someone you love.
We are also very excited to announce our first open house for Yaya Coffee. This one was by invitation only, for a number of friends and family we know are "coffee conusers." If you are interested in being a part of a Yaya Coffee open house, please give us a call, or drop us an email. We need help from the consumer to make the best coffee available to them. We are not sure at this time when we plan to have another open house, but knowing who is interested will help us out a great deal.
God bless...The Yaya Team

The Beans Are In
240# of beans are sitting in burlap bags right here in our home. They are ready to roast, so give us a call or shoot us an email and we will get right on it. Look below for a list of the kinds of beans we got in. Notice we did not get any labeled as ORGANIC this time, that is because we were told the only reason coffee is labeled as organic is because someone gets enough money to pay for the label. The countries coffee comes from can not really afford to spray their beans, thus it really is organic, just doesn't carry the label because of the lack of funds to do so. Of course I can not promise an organic crop without the label, but if you do your homework, you will find the exact same thing we did. If you would prefer an organic coffee please make a special request and we will place an order.
